Job summary

Veterans Sourcing Group client in Newark, DE is seeking a Syndicated Loan Analyst for a temporary-to-hire role. You will support loan activity, fundings, repricings, and payments in line with credit agreements.

You will calculate and track interest and fee accruals, reconcile daily funding and payments, review complex credit documents with attorneys as needed, and ensure accurate funds movement. The position requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Read and interpret complex legal credit agreements and related documentation, working with attorneys when applicable.
• Initiate and reconcile automated funds movement in accordance with client/lender instructions.
• Monitor and escalate issues as needed.
