Qualifications

• Experience in synchronized swimming or coaching is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills to mentor and inspire high school students.
• Ability to develop creative and effective routines for shows and competitions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement practice schedules and routines.
• Teach fundamental and advanced synchronized swimming skills.
• Choreograph routines for performances, shows, and possible competitions.
• Manage team logistics, including uniform distribution and event coordination.
• Foster a positive, encouraging, and disciplined team environment.
