Job summary

Mohawk Industries, Inc. is seeking a SYN PAD LINE OPERATOR for the 1st shift in Dalton, Georgia. You will set up, operate and maintain production equipment, keep records, respond to issues, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

The role requires experience with manufacturing equipment, the ability to follow verbal and written instructions, and physical stamina for standing, walking, pushing and pulling. A strong attendance record and safety mindset are essential.

• Experience operating manufacturing equipment.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal or written instructions.
• Must meet physical requirements: continuous standing, frequent walking, pushing/pulling, upper-extremity use.
• Good attendance and safety commitment.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate and maintain production equipment.
• Maintain records and reports manually and on computer.
• Respond quickly to system, process or material issues.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Maintain safety focus during downtime and production.
• Report root causes of machine downtime.
• Assist with basic maintenance as needed.

• Address root cause of any machine related downtimes and report
