Required Skills:
  • Experience in supporting Symantec Endpoint Protection manager server and workstation clients in an enterprise environment
  • Installation, configuration, and day-to-day management of Symantec Endpoint Protection
  • Troubleshooting and tuning the performance of Symantec Endpoint Protection in the enterprise environment
  • Experience deploying Windows Security patches using WSUS and SCCM to workstations in an enterprise environment
  • Experience supporting, deploying, and managing Microsoft desktop environments (Windows XP and Windows 7)
  • Understanding of Windows operating systems, active directory, group policies, and related desktop environment
  • Expertise in PC hardware, related peripherals, and unique configurations
  • Experience with mission-critical services and applications in a large enterprise environment
  • Experience using and troubleshooting System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and operating system deployments
  • Proficient in System Center Configuration Manager and operating system deployments
