Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a Workplace Experience Specialist to own the end-to-end experience of our Sydney office. You will ensure a safe, well-run, and distinctly “Airwallex” environment while balancing hands-on operations with strategic projects and community engagement.

The role requires managing workspace budgets, coordinating onboarding, and supporting office events and hospitality. You will collaborate with IT, People, Finance, and business leaders to create a vibrant, efficient workplace

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in a people-focused role such as workplace experience or office management.
• Experience in facilities, employee engagement, or hospitality/events management.
• Proven vendor management and budget awareness.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end experience of the Sydney office.
• Balance hands-on operations with space expansion projects.
• Plan and run culture-building events and CSR activities.
• Manage budgets for snacks, events, and space-related expenses.
• Coordinate onboarding support and office orientation.
• Support workplace events, logistics, and catering on-site.
• Provide occasional support to other Airwallex offices.
