Position Details

Compensation

Up to $90,424, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities

• Implement anti-racist instructional practices that promote student ownership of learning
• Deliver grade-level rigorous content using research-based curriculum
• Provide embedded interventions for students needing additional support, scaffolds, or extra time
• Collaborate closely with a co-taught team of 2-3 educators
• Engage families as partners in student success and problem-solving
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Principal

Qualifications

• Experience teaching middle or high school preferred
• Valid Massachusetts Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) ESL license for the appropriate grade level and content area (waivers may be available)
• Experience as an anti-racist, LGBTQ+ advocate, or equity organizer preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
• Bachelor's degree required
