Delta-T Group Illinois, Inc. is seeking dedicated Paraprofessionals to support students in a dynamic K12 educational setting in Channahon, IL. You will assist teachers, help students with academic tasks, and support behavioral development while maintaining a safe, structured classroom environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow direction and work collaboratively with school staff.
• Patience, flexibility, and a positive attitude.
• Experience supporting students with special needs is a plus.
• Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent (associates or higher preferred).
