An established industry player is seeking a dedicated custodial leader to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of a large facility. PRIMARY FUNCTION: This position is the custodial leader for a facility 90,000 s.f. or greater, and as such, assumes full responsibility for all custodial responsibilities to include building hygiene, light daily maintenance and basic safety.

Incumbents will be considered “at will.” Appropriate pay will be determined based on the Grade as determined by Human Resources and allowable experience. The work calendar will be 250 days. Hourly (G-8)
