Job summary

LCCC in Cheyenne, WY seeks an experienced SX Data Framework Implementation Consultant to design, implement, and support an enterprise-wide data platform that unifies fragmented student data into a single source of truth for informed decision making.

The role requires integrating SIS, LMS, and CRM systems, applying AI-driven analytics, and establishing governance with long-term adoption support. Hybrid on-site engagements across LCCC campuses are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience delivering CX/SX or enterprise data solutions in higher education.
• Experience delivering enterprise data platforms integrating SIS, LMS, CRM and other institutional systems.
• Proven experience in multiple enterprise system integrations, analytics platforms, dashboards, and reporting.
• Strong expertise in data integration, API development, middleware, cloud, MDM, governance and data quality.
• Experience applying AI, NLP, sentiment analysis, predictive analytics, ML, and explainable AI for BI.
• Ability to design automated workflows, RBAC, and case management solutions.
• Knowledge of higher-ed operations, student success initiatives, and experience management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SX Data Framework to unify student data for institutional decision‑making.
• Integrate SX with SIS, LMS, CRM (e.g., Ellucian Colleague, Canvas, EAB Navigate).
• Develop scalable data integration architecture with APIs and middleware.
• Centralize structured and unstructured data for analytics and social listening.
• Implement AI-powered analytics, NLP, sentiment analysis, and explainable AI.
• Configure automated workflows, alerting, and proactive engagements.
• Create role-based dashboards and real-time analytics for stakeholders.
• Establish KPI frameworks, journey maps, and longitudinal reporting.
• Provide governance, change management, and training for long-term adoption.
• Ensure FERPA and data security compliance in cloud or on-prem deployments.
