Iron Horse Terminals in Beaumont, TX is hiring entry‑level Switchmen to learn rail operations with a starting pay of $18 per hour.

In a three‑person crew you’ll move railcars, climb and couple, and follow strict safety rules as you grow toward Conductor or Engineer roles.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working outdoors in all weather
