American Transportation Services in Carson, CA is seeking an entry level to experienced trailer technician to maintain trailer equipment for a Fortune 500 package delivery company in a clean, well-maintained environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience as a trailer mechanic with Cummins experience.
• Qualified to perform state and federal inspections.

Responsibilities

• Perform skilled repair and maintenance of commercial transportation trailers.
• Perform FAI and State required inspections.
• Inspect and repair “S” cam air brake systems.
• Diagnose and repair anti-lock brake systems.
• Converter dollies in all potential aspects.
• Comply with all company policies, local work and safety rules, and federal, state, and local regulations.
• Perform the required paperwork and/or computer records accordingly.

Requirements:

Qualified Tech1-3 years as a trailer mechanic with Cummins experience. Qualified to perform state and federal inspections

Responsibilities Include but not limited to:

• Perform skilled repair and maintenance of commercial transportation trailers
