Bass Pro Shops in Augusta, GA is seeking a Switchboard Operator / Receptionist for the part-time front desk role. You will answer and direct incoming calls, assist customers and associates, and handle basic clerical tasks.

This position requires a High School diploma or equivalent, friendly communication, and the ability to operate a POS and PBX system to support store operations and scheduling. Join a team with a focus on excellent customer service and store knowledge.
