Functions performed also include managing the paging system, hospital alarm systems, and hospital emergency situations. May perform or support additional functions within the Patient Access service line and maintain master directory for the organization.

Summary

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)

• Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
• License/Certifications: N/A
• Experience: Related experience, such as customer service or dispatch/switchboard operator, preferred.
• Additional Skills/Requirements Required: N/A
• Additional Skills/Requirements Preferred: Computer and data entry experience is preferred with Microsoft Word, e-mail, and internet communication, as well as the ability to work accurately and effectively with electronic systems.
