$20 - $30 an Hour | Plus a shift differentialShifts Available:Night Shift | 5:30 pm - 5:00 am | 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday) | 10% shift premiumWeekend Night Shift | 5:30 pm – 5:00 am | 4 days per week (Friday-Monday) | 15% shift premium

Weekend Day Shift | 6:00 am - 5:30 pm | 4 days per week (Friday- Monday) | 11% shift premium

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for production and operation of multiple CNC machines in team-based environment
  • Responsible for general/daily maintenance on machines to keep up with production.
  • Responsible for ensuring quality of parts through regular inspection during production.
  • Follow all safety guidelines as stated by the company.
  • Read and understand blueprints and basic geometric dimension tolerancing (will train)
  • Inspect parts through use of visual and manual inspection equipment (caliper, micrometer etc.), as well as programmed CMM equipment (will train).
  • Make offsets & change tooling per provided layout (will train).
  • Communicate with fellow team members, and management, of job status and party quality.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of related CNC Machine Operating experience.
  • Cooperative, team-focused attitude.
  • Physical ability to lift 25 pounds regularly throughout shift.
  • Physical ability to stand, bend, and walk for entire shift.
  • Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
  • Ability to read blueprints.
  • Ability to inspect parts through use of visual and manual inspection equipment (caliper, micrometer etc.), as well as programmed CMM equipment.
  • Ability to complete Operation Basics Training.
