Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Swiss Operator for the 3rd shift at the Cleveland facility to manually assemble products according to specifications and operate precision Swiss CNC lathes.

You will read blueprints, interpret drawings, apply geometric tolerancing, and verify parts using calibrated measuring devices; Mitsubishi controls experience preferred; this onsite role requires high school diploma and 3–5 years Swiss lathe setup and operation.

  • Swiss CNC Lathe Setup & Operate: 3-5 years (Required).
  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident, ITAR Registered.

Job description

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Swiss Setup and Operator – 3rd Shift

As a Swiss Operator at Regal Rexnord Cleveland, you will be responsible for manually assembling products according to specifications.

Essential Functions
  • Must be proficient in the setup and operation of all CNC Swiss equipment.
  • Must be proficient in blue print or op drawing interpretation, geometric tolerancing and the mathematics required to perform the most advanced CNC operations.
  • Experience should include knowledge of Mitsubishi controls.
  • Must possess the ability to use a wide variety of measuring devices to inspect components produced.

Minimum Job Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED.
  • Experience: Swiss CNC Lathe Setup & Operate: 3 -5 years (Required)
  • Specific Skills: Interpret and understand verbal and written directions.
  • Ability to interact in a team environment to complete a variety of tasks.
  • Specialized Knowledge, Licenses, etc: US Citizen or Permanent Resident, ITAR Registered.
