Job summary

Regal Rexnord in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a skilled machinist to independently operate CNC or conventional machines, perform setup, load tooling, and inspect parts to blueprint standards. You will support a steady workflow and make minor adjustments to keep parts within spec.

Requirements include 2–3 years of machining experience and blueprint-reading ability. Basic CNC and computer skills in a manufacturing environment are essential to join our on-site production team.

Work Model: This is a fully onsite role, with work performed at your designated Regal Rexnord office.

Position Summary

Independently operates CNC or conventional machines for routine jobs, producing quality parts while performing standard setups, inspections, and minor adjustments. Supports consistent workflow and identifies abnormalities impacting production or quality.
