Job summary

Regal Rexnord Cleveland, home of our Nook Brand, is hiring Swiss Machinists for 2nd shift. This onsite role requires setting up and operating CNC Swiss lathes, reading blueprints, and performing in-process and final inspections to meet tight tolerances.

Pay is $31-$37 per hour plus a $2,000 hiring bonus, with benefits starting day one. You'll work with GD&T, G-code/M-code, and Mitsubishi controls, collaborate with teammates, and contribute to a reliable, quality-focused production team.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years setting up and operating Swiss CNC lathes (required).
• Demonstrated proficiency with GD&T, CNC tooling, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Mitsubishi controls; read and edit programs (G-code/M-code).
• High school diploma or GED; strong math and blueprint-reading skills.
• Effective communicator who follows written and verbal directions, team contributor.

Responsibilities

Pay Range: $31 - $37 per hour (includes shift differential) + $2,000 Hiring Bonus

As a skilled Swiss Machinist, your mission is to produce small, high-precision components by owning the full setup-to-run process within our Swiss machining department. You will apply your growing technical expertise to ensure quality at the source, maintain consistency throughout production, and collaborate closely with teammates to keep workflow efficient and reliable.
