Job summary

EXALTA Group is seeking a Swiss Set-up Operator for 2nd shift in Kenosha, WI. You will set up, run, and optimize Swiss CNC machines, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances.

The role requires coordination with QA and Engineering to resolve issues and maintain production flow. Requires 2+ years of Swiss machining setup experience, proficiency with Citizen/Star Swiss machines, and strong GD&T/blueprint-reading skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years Swiss machining setup experience.
• Experience reading blueprints and GD&T.
• Familiarity with CMM reports and precision inspection.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot Swiss CNC machines.
• Perform tooling changes, offsets, and program adjustments.
• Read blueprints and technical drawings with tight tolerances.
• Inspect parts with precision measuring tools and read CMM reports.
• Document production and ERP transactions accurately.
• Support safety, quality, and production goals.
