Swiss CNC Machinist Programmer - First or Second Shift

This is a compelling opportunity for an experienced Swiss CNC Machinist Programmer to join a thriving OEM machining company located in the New Lisbon, Wisconsin area. Despite the challenges faced during COVID, our company experienced a record-breaking year in 2020 with a sales growth of 15% annually. With cutting-edge Swiss CNC machines primarily less than ten years old, this full-time, permanent position is designed for a professional eager to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Salary: Up to $54,000 per year

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set up and operate CNC Swiss lathes, ensuring precision and efficiency.
  • Inspect finished products to meet quality standards using various precision measuring tools.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to company policies and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and solve machining issues.
  • Optimize machining processes to increase productivity while maintaining quality.
  • Document machine processes and outcomes to facilitate consistent results and improvements.

Minimum Position Qualifications:

  • Two or more years of experience programming and operating Swiss CNC machines.
  • A solid work history demonstrating reliability and commitment.
  • Must be a US citizen or possess a Green Card.
  • Residence within a 45-minute commute to New Lisbon, Wisconsin.
  • Ability to work assigned shift (first shift: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week; second shift: 10 hours/day, 4 days/week).
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Experience with newer models of Swiss CNC machinery.
  • Familiarity with ISO and other industry-standard quality regulations.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and job priorities.
