• Operate, maintain, and set up Swiss CNC machinery from blueprints.
• Perform quality checks on parts and identify defects.
• Conduct minor maintenance on machines.

Skills

Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints

Knowledge of programming machinery for specific tasks

Overview

We are seeking a skilled Swiss set-up Machine Operator to join our 2nd shift team. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating and maintaining machinery in a manufacturing environment.

Machine Types at Facility: Swiss

Duties

• Operate, Maintain and Setup, CNC machinery from blueprints with tooling.
• Work with Mfg Engineer on program changes to the machine, when needed
• Perform Quality check on parts for accuracy according to blueprint specs.
• Identify product defects and work with QC team.
• Conduct minor maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform all work in accordance with established safe operating procedures.
• Work with team members and shift supervisor on the assembly line.
  
  

Skills

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints
• Knowledge of programming machinery for specific tasks
• Able to use measuring equipment such as Calipers, Micrometers, Indicators, etc.
• Machinist tools required
• Strong attention to detail and quality control practices
• Previous experience in a warehouse or factory setting is advantageous
