STERIS is seeking a Swiss CNC Lathe Setup & Operator in Missouri to own setup, verify parts, and maintain tight dimensions from blueprints. You will set up a Swiss-type CNC lathe or CNC milling center, perform limited edits, and verify tolerances with calipers and micrometers.

Responsibilities include interpreting routers/blueprints, offset adjustments, and ensuring safe, efficient production. Candidates need 3–5 years CNC experience or a related technical degree and strong manual dexterity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of CNC machining experience or a related technical degree.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, process routers, and Standard Operating Procedures.
• Fine motor skills to perform precision operations.

Responsabilités

Throughout the run, you verify features with micrometers and calipers, keep productivity on pace, and assist less-experienced operators when needed.
