Autonomy Staffing is hiring swing shift machine operators for a leading steel wire manufacturer in the Kent, WA area. The role runs during the late afternoon to evening shift, Monday through Friday, with overtime opportunities and potential for advancement.

Starting pay is $23/hour with a guaranteed raise to $26/hour after 90 days, offering a solid path for growth within a stable, long‑standing employer. Benefits are provided through the client and include comprehensive medical coverage and more.

Qualifications

• Prior machine operating experience required.
• Able to work 50 hours per week, including occasional Saturdays.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to manufacture steel wire products.
• Load raw materials and unload finished product.
• Perform routine quality checks throughout your shift to ensure product meets specifications.
• Make minor adjustments to equipment as needed to maintain production flow.
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues and report any concerns to the shift lead or maintenance team.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and PPE requirements.
