Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a team oriented environment.
• Must be able to stand/walk for long periods (10–12 hours).
• Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds with/without accommodation.
• Must be able to follow safety standards and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Set up equipment and ensure production materials are available.
• Operate machines and monitor for quality per customer requirements.
• If problems are detected, stop the process and refer to leadership/maintenance.
• Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to meet productivity goals.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area and follow safety rules.
• Flexibility to work rotating schedules, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
