Job summary

Renewal by Andersen of Oregon is seeking a motivated Warehouse Lead for the Swing Shift to oversee inventory, truck loading, and warehouse operations. You will support installation teams and ensure stocked, organized vehicles for job sites.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse and/or physical labor experience required.
• Forklift certification or the ability to become certified required.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record required.
• Safety-conscious and able to follow OSHA regulations.
• Ability to calculate quantities and gather materials for orders.
• Light carpentry skills, including chop saws and hand tools, are a plus.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Truck Loading and Unloading: Efficiently load and unload installation trucks for job sites.
• Workplace Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, safe work environment per OSHA and company rules.
• Warehouse Maintenance: Keep areas clean and organized; promote efficiency.
• Material Staging: Prepare and stage construction materials for crews.
• Additional Duties: Assist with various projects to support warehouse operations.
