Barnes & Noble Education is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate for the Swing Shift (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) at our Missouri facility in Columbia. You will help ensure smooth warehouse flow from receiving to shipping, with cross-training across departments to support changing business needs.

This role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, punctual, and adaptable, able to operate barcode scanners and other handheld devices

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process shipments with accurate documentation.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
• Organize inventory, shelving, and warehouse spaces for safety and efficiency.
• Assist with shipping, labeling, staging, and loading outbound orders.
• Participate in inventory management including cycle counts and reporting.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment per policy.
