Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and monitor production machinery, including extruders and presses, to manufacture products according to specifications.
  • Perform tasks such as cutting, splicing, molding, and inspecting products to ensure quality standards are maintained.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines.
  • Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or quality issues to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to read a tape measure.
  • Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds throughout the shift.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
