Job description

Production Associate

This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment where you’ll help produce high‑quality wood products across a variety of nightly projects.

You’ll be responsible for assisting machine operators, hand‑sanding materials, supporting production tasks, and keeping work areas safe and clean. This position requires good attention to detail, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well with a diverse crew. If you enjoy hands‑on work and want steady Monday–Friday hours, this could be a great fit. Pay is competitive, with eligibility for monthly bonuses.

Swing Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (40 hours per week)

Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (40 hours per week)
