Victory Millwork in Lynden, WA is seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Machine Operator for a full-time swing shift. The role includes feeding materials into machinery, stacking, and quality checks, with on-the-job training and opportunity to expand responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
• Physical ability to stand for the entire shift.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Eagerness to learn more; lean manufacturing knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Feed materials into equipment and tail the back of the machine.
• Accurately stack materials and perform quality control checks.
• Work with a more experienced coworker and learn on the job.
• Undergo training to take on more tasks and operate additional equipment.
