Job summary

North Range Behavioral Health is seeking a Mental Health Clinician for the Co-Responder Program in Greeley. You will work side-by-side with first responders to assess and treat mental health and substance use issues, on-scene and in follow-up sessions.

The role requires a Masters Degree in a clinical field, driving eligibility, and the ability to coordinate care with law enforcement and medical providers. A $5,000 add-on pay is available and shift is Sunday to Wednesday, 3:00 pm - 1:30 am.

Qualifications

  • Masters Degree in social work, counseling, addictions counseling, rehabilitation counseling, or other relevant clinical field.
  • Driver’s license with insurable driving record.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments, develop and update treatment plans and discharge summaries.
  • Collaborate with clinicians, law enforcement, external providers, and psychiatrists.
  • Provide on-scene and follow-up support as part of the Co-Responder Program.
  • Teach coping strategies and safety planning to improve daily functioning.
  • Maintain accurate electronic health records and ensure proper coding and billing.
