Job summary

PPG is hiring a Material Handler for the 2nd and 3rd shifts in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. The role operates a swing‑mast forklift to pick finished goods, prepare shipments, and load outbound trucks safely and accurately.

You will verify orders, stage materials, apply labels, record movements with scanners or WMS, and perform routine equipment checks while keeping a clean, safe workspace. Prior forklift experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with forklift equipment and safe operation.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on feet for long periods.
• Basic computer or scanner skills for recording movements.

Responsibilities

• Pick products from racking using swing‑mast equipment.
• Verify order accuracy and stage materials for order.
• Prepare pallets, apply labels.
• Load trucks safely and efficiently.
• Use scanners or WMS to record picks and movements.
• Perform daily equipment checks and report issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all safety procedures.
• Report inventory discrepancies or damaged goods.
