Job summary

Aspen Alcove at Clinton is hiring a compassionate and motivated CNA/Caregiver to join our growing team in Clinton, Utah. This role offers a swing shift (3pm-10pm) with pay ranging from $16.50 to $18.00 per hour DOE, and the opportunity to provide high-quality care to residents in a supportive environment.

You'll perform hands-on care, document updates, and collaborate with the care team to implement care plans while adhering to HIPAA guidelines and safety standards.

Qualifications

• CNA Certification preferred, but not required.
• Current Food Handler's Permit.
• Current CPR/BLS.
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and documentation practices.
• Experience in patient service, with a focus on delivering compassionate care.
• Ability to lift patients or equipment as necessary while ensuring safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care to residents, making sure they're comfortable and safe during treatments.
• Perform routine check-ins and document updates accurately in patient records.
• Work closely with the care team to support and carry out care plans.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines to keep resident information private and secure.
• Keep an eye on residents' health, noticing and reporting any changes right away.
• Communicate clearly with residents and their families, helping them understand care and health needs.
• Take part in monthly trainings to stay up to date and continue growing your skills.
