ARMStaffing is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our swing-bed team in Oklahoma. The contract is 13 weeks with Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–5 p.m. An OT will participate in interdisciplinary meetings and may float to acute care as needed.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of OT experience, valid OK or compact licensure, and familiarity with Meditech charting. Benefits and travel/housing support are offered by ARMStaffing.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Must have a valid state licensure (OK or compact license required).
• Preferred experience with Meditech charting system.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy services to patients in a swing-bed setting.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
• Assess patient needs and create appropriate therapy interventions.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and progress notes.
• Participate in team meetings and discussions regarding patient care.
