Qualifications

• Farming industry knowledge and hog operation parts familiarity preferred.
• Previous customer service experience is strongly preferred.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs and operate a forklift when certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist retail customers in-store and over the phone to understand needs.
• Recommend parts and equipment to address customer needs.
• Educate customers on products, promotions, and Hog Slat Grower Select items.
• Handle cash, use office systems, and process transactions efficiently.
• Assist with inventory: unload stock, shelve products, perform cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, orderly store and be on-time for scheduled hours.
• Participate in vendor training and expand industry knowledge.
