What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Drive sales growth with assigned accounts and overall product lines in all channels
- Develop and execute account growth plans, including sales forecasting and producer support programs
- Cultivate relationships and leverage resources to identify opportunities for driving additive sales
- Contribute customer insights to the innovation and marketing pipelines
- Collaborate in conducting producer events that promote best practices and demonstrate product efficacy
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of experience in feed additive or animal health account management in the commercial livestock industry
- Self-starter with a goal-oriented mindset and ability to achieve results
- Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and SalesForce
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Advanced Degree (MS, DVM, or Ph.D.) in Animal Science, Nutrition, Microbiology, or Immunology
- Understanding of the impacts of additives on health and performance
- Proven track record of presenting complex technology and concepts clearly
- Experience in formulation related to feed additives
