  • Develop and execute account growth plans, including sales forecasting and support programs

  • Provide customer insights to contribute to innovation and marketing pipelines
Qualifications
  • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of experience in feed additive or animal health account management in the commercial livestock industry
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a goal-oriented mindset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and SalesForce
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree (MS Degree, DVM, or Ph.D.) focusing on Animal Science, Nutrition, Microbiology, or Immunology
  • Understanding of the impacts of additives on health and performance
  • Proven track record of presenting complex technology and concepts clearly
  • Experience in formulation
