Job summary

Pipestone Careers is seeking a Filter Compliance Technician to oversee air filtration systems across rural swine facilities in Minnesota. You will conduct biosecurity audits, monitor ventilation, and ensure adherence to airlock and D/D procedures while supporting on-site technicians.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years in livestock settings. Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and clear communication are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Education: A high school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Experience: 2+ years of livestock experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Biosecurity Audits: Inspect interior and exterior areas of swine facilities for biosecurity measures and cleanliness.
• Filtration System Maintenance: Audit ventilation systems and attic spaces; identify and repair backdrafts or faults.
• Protocol Compliance: Ensure adherence to airlock protocols and disinfection/downtime procedures.
• Inventory Management: Track and manage equipment and supplies in biosecure areas.
• Collaboration and Training: Work with on-site technicians; participate in monthly audits with leadership.
