Pinch A Penny (Port City Pools Inc) in Mobile, AL is seeking a motivated Swimming Pool Maintenance technician. This remote position involves outdoor work on residential and commercial pools, with a focus on keeping systems running smoothly and customers satisfied.

You will perform routine maintenance, balance water chemistry, repair pumps/filters/heaters, and document service activities while coordinating on routes.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in pool maintenance, water treatment, or a related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of pool chemistry and water balancing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs on plumbing and basic electrical systems Install pumps, filters, motors, etc.
• Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning, vacuuming, and skimming residential and commercial pools
• Test and balance water chemistry including pH, chlorine, and alkalinity levels
• Inspect and service pool equipment such as pumps, filters, and heaters
• Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and recommend repairs
• Apply chemicals safely and in accordance with industry standards
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings to customers
• Manage and restock supplies and chemicals as needed on service routes
