Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Darien, CT, for a Swimming Pool Construction Mason. The Mason will be responsible for hands‑on tasks related to the construction of custom pools, including masonry, cement work, and stonework. Day‑to‑day duties will include shaping and assembling materials, performing repairs and renovations, and ensuring craftsmanship aligns with the high standards of the company. Collaboration with team members and adherence to safety protocols will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Masonry, tile, coping installation, crack repair, steel work, patio installation and in general all aspects of swimming pool construction.
• Experience with Renovation and Stonework for custom projects
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and follow design specifications
• Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor environments
• Previous experience in pool or outdoor living construction is a plus
• Familiarity with applicable safety guidelines and tools
