Job summary

Northern Pool & Spa in Deer Park, NY is seeking a skilled Construction Craftsman to join our field crew building private and commercial pools. Precise measurements, masonry-like work, and strict adherence to blueprints are required for high-quality results.

You will operate hand and power tools, perform excavation, rebar, tile, coping, and plaster work, while maintaining safety and quality. Training will be provided where needed to enhance your skills.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 training required; safety-focused construction site.
• Prior experience in pool construction or general construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, including shovels, saws, drills, and mixers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in building residential and commercial swimming pools according to plans.
• Excavate, set forms, install rebar, tile, coping, and plaster finishes.
• Operate and maintain basic pool construction tools and equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and document work performed with photos and notes.
