• Prepares lesson plans and provides swimming instruction to students according to the curriculum for the various courses, levels, and ages.Â
• Monitors and maintains records of student progress.
• Ensures all equipment is in proper working order.Â
• Uses customer service skills when communicating with students, parents, and coworkers.Â
• Arrives fifteen minutes before class and cleans equipment after class.Â
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Must be a minimum of fifteen (15) years of age.Â
• Instructors must take and pass the StarFish Swim School Instructor Course.Â
• First Aid and CPR certification are preferred.
