Part-Time | Independent Contractor | Remote with Some Travel


About the Role:

SwimAmerica, the nationally recognized learn-to-swim program operated by the American Swimming Coaches Association (ASCA), is seeking a part-time National Director to lead program development, support licensed Program Directors, promote the brand, and expand participation by selling new licenses.

This flexible, contractor role is ideal for a motivated leader in swim instruction or coaching education who wants to make a national impact on water safety and swim instruction.


Key Responsibilities:

Update Training Materials: Revise and expand training tools for coaches and Program Directors across all age groups.
Support Program Directors: Maintain communication, ensure compliance, and help local programs succeed.
Grow the Brand: Promote SwimAmerica and increase reach by actively selling new program licenses.
Public Outreach: Represent SwimAmerica at ASCA events, lead presentations, and support national promotional efforts.

Qualifications:

Experience in swim instruction, program management, or coach education
Strong communication and organizational skills
Sales or outreach experience a plus
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Willingness to travel occasionally

Compensation:

This is a part-time, independent contractor position. Compensation is negotiable based on experience.
