The YMCA of Greater Toledo in Adrian, MI is seeking a Part-Time Swim Team Coach to guide and develop young swimmers in a vibrant, energetic environment. This role offers flexible hours and a rewarding chance to impact our community through sport.

Your day as a Swim Team Coach

As a Part-Time Swim Team Coach at the Y, you'll take on the exciting role of coaching, training, and conditioning our talented swim team members. Your expertise will guide swimmers through critical techniques, ensuring they thrive in a supportive environment. You'll be responsible for enforcing all rules set forth by the YMCA of Greater Toledo, maintaining a safe and competitive atmosphere. With your keen eye for talent, you'll classify swimmers and assign them to appropriate events during meets, ensuring each athlete has the opportunity to shine.
