Job Description

Swim teachers will follow the Barron Swim School curriculum to instruct students between the ages of 3 months and teens on stroke development and water safety in and around the water.

Job Responsibilities

• Keep safety foremost for all students in class
• Smile, inject fun in the classes, make corrections to students, have good body language, and be animated
• Use provided lesson plans to teach within our set curriculum and have students achieve goals
• Take direction from mentors and leaders
• Be a team player
• Maintain consistent attendance in your set schedule to provide stability and continued progression for students
