Qualifications

• 3-4 years of competitive swimming experience or swim coach certification.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications required within 6 months.

Job Summary

The Swim Teacher is responsible for assisting the Aquatics Director in teaching the year-round swim team and offering individual swim lessons for Members in a safe, fun environment that exceeds Member expectations.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

1. Attend swim meets and warm-ups.
2. Assist in pool setup for training sessions and maintain the area for non-swimming team members to utilize.
3. Promote the facility amenities, programs, and the Club while maintaining professionalism and service standards aligned with the Club's values.

About You

• 3 to 4 years of competitive swimming experience or certification as a swim coach.
• CPR, First Aid, and AED certification within 6 months.
• At least one year's experience as an Aquatics Director.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
