An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Swim Instructor to provide swimming instruction at various levels. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is constantly exposed to water. The employee is constantly required to remain in the water; to reach items at various depths within the pool, and to constantly position self to maintain access to swimming participants. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50-pound items. Must be able to observe participants’ swimming skills and abilities and adjust instruction techniques. Employee must be able to work demanding hours in season.
