Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Swim Instructor located in Aspen Hill, MD. The Swim Instructor will be responsible for providing swim lessons to individuals of all ages and skill levels, ensuring the safety of swimmers, and promoting aquatic fitness. Daily tasks include teaching swim techniques, monitoring swimmer progress, and maintaining a safe and clean pool environment.

Qualifications

• Swim Instruction and Swim Lessons skills
• Proficiency in Swimming and Aquatics
• Lifeguarding skills and certifications
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• CPR and First Aid certification is highly desirable
