Certifications: CPR/AED/First Aid for adults, children, and infants. May be acquired after hire.2. Ability to comprehend simple instructions, written correspondence; present information in an oral format; read and interpret documents such as policies and procedures; and speak effectively in front of people.3. At least 16 years of age.4. Must be able to perform swim skills equivalent to a YMCA stage 4 swimmer or higher.
