Join Our Team as a Swim Instructor / Teacher - Year Round at Foss Swim School

Our Chanhassen location, one of the largest Foss Swim Schools in Minnesota, recently underwent an exciting remodel, making it an even better place to teach and learn. We are looking for passionate swim instructors to join our team and help create memorable, safe, and fun swimming experiences for children of all ages.

Job Details

• Position: Swim Instructor / Teacher (Part-time, Year-round)
• Location: Chanhassen, MN
• Schedule: 3 to 5-hour shifts, including weekday evenings and weekends, with additional pay for weekend and substitute shifts

Responsibilities

• Teach swim skills following the FOSS Swim Path curriculum to classes of 1-4 students
• Promote swimmer safety and teach life-enriching skills in a fun, engaging environment
• Build partnerships and communicate progress with parents or guardians
• Support our cultural pillars: Connect, Collaborate, Empower, Belong
• Create a positive, laughter-filled learning environment

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Comfortable working in a pool setting
• Minimum of 12 hours per week commitment
• Positive attitude, high energy, good communication skills
• Experience working with children preferred; aquatics background a plus
