FOSS is expanding into Colorado! With 31 schools across Illinois, Iowa, Missouri, Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin, FOSS is bringing its top-tier swim experience to Colorado. New locations in Northglenn, Westminster, Lone Tree, and Castle Rock will feature heated pools at 91 degrees, private changing stalls, air-conditioned viewing rooms, and advanced filtration systems. Position Purpose:

As a FOSS Swim Teacher, you'll create memorable moments by teaching water safety skills in a fun, safe environment.

Job Details:

Part-time, minimum 12 hours/week, with 3-5 hour shifts, including evenings and weekends with additional pay.

Main Responsibilities:

• Teach 1-4 students, promote safety, and develop skills.
• Create a safe, engaging learning environment.
• Communicate progress with parents/guardians.
• Support our cultural pillars: Connect, Collaborate, Empower, Belong.

Training:

Structured cohorts in July and August, requiring attendance at all training days.

• Cohort 1: July 21 - August 10
• Cohort 2: August 11 - August 31

Qualifications:

• Must be 18+, comfortable in water, positive, energetic, good communicator.
• Experience with children or aquatic background preferred.
• Complete training successfully.

Working Conditions:

• Work in warm indoor pools, demonstrate physical movements, and communicate effectively.
