Job summary

Emler Swim & Gym is seeking a motivated swim instructor to teach water safety and foundational swim skills to kids from 6 months to 12 years in a safe, fun environment.

You’ll train with an experienced mentor, lead weekly lessons, and build positive relationships with students and parents while keeping safety at the forefront.

Evenings and weekends shifts are set; paid training is provided, with growth opportunities and perks like tuition reimbursement, referral bonuses, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with kids and bring positive energy.
• Reliable, safety-minded, and professional with strong communication.
• Evening/weekend availability on a set schedule.
• Water comfortable and active on your feet.
• Previous teaching or swim experience is a plus, but paid training provided.

Responsibilities
